Store Owner Agreement

Last Modified: October 16, 2026

Agreement and relationship

This Store Owner Agreement is between Fynix Payments Ltd (“Fynix”, “we”, “us”) and the person or business that owns a store on Fynix (“you”). It applies when you create, manage, or use a store. By doing so, you agree to this Agreement and the Fynix Terms of Service.

Fynix purchases products from you and resells them directly to buyers as the seller of record. You supply the products and may carry out delivery on Fynix’s behalf. You do not enter into the buyer’s sales contract through Fynix, and you must not describe yourself as the seller of record for those transactions.

Store accounts and information

You must have authority to enter into this Agreement for yourself or the business you represent. Keep your account, store details, contact information, and payout details accurate and secure. Tell us promptly about unauthorised access or a material change to your business or payout information.

Products and listings

You may submit products for Fynix to review and offer through the platform. You must provide complete and accurate descriptions, prices or other requested product information, delivery requirements, and support details. You must ensure each product is lawful, works as described, and can be supplied and delivered as promised.

You must own or hold all rights, licences, and permissions needed for each product and all related names, images, software, descriptions, and other content. You must not submit prohibited, stolen, infringing, misleading, or unauthorised products or content.

Supply and delivery

When Fynix accepts an order for a product you supply, you must provide the product and complete any agreed delivery instructions accurately and within the time stated or otherwise agreed with Fynix. You must cooperate with reasonable requests to confirm delivery, resolve a buyer issue, or investigate a refund or dispute.

Where you deliver a product to a buyer, you do so on Fynix’s behalf. You must use buyer information only for that delivery and related support, protect it from unauthorised access, and delete or return it when it is no longer needed, unless law requires you to retain it.

Pricing and payments

Fynix controls the buyer facing listing, checkout, promotions, and final sale price unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your earnings for products supplied are determined by the applicable supplier price, platform fees, adjustments, and settlement details shown in your account or separately agreed with Fynix.

We pay amounts due to the payout account you provide, subject to verification, settlement periods, refunds, reversals, disputes, fees, and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping payout details correct and for any tax, reporting, or business obligations that apply to amounts you receive. We may pause a payout while we verify information or investigate a transaction or suspected breach.

Refunds and buyer support

Fynix handles buyer payments, refunds, and buyer disputes as the seller of record. You must provide reasonable information and cooperation when Fynix reviews a buyer complaint, refund request, payment dispute, or chargeback concerning a product you supplied. If a refund or reversal relates to a product you supplied, the corresponding supplier amount or wallet balance may be adjusted as permitted by your account terms and applicable law.

Licence to use store content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Fynix a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt for technical compatibility, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to review, list, market, sell, deliver, and support your products through Fynix. This licence continues only as needed for those purposes and to resolve existing orders or legal obligations after your store closes.

Compliance and records

You must comply with applicable laws, this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Acceptable Use Policy. Keep records reasonably needed to verify your rights to products, fulfilment, and payments, and provide them to Fynix when reasonably requested. You must not use Fynix to sell unlawful goods, infringe another person’s rights, commit fraud, or evade legal restrictions.

Suspension and termination

You may stop operating your store by contacting Fynix, but you remain responsible for orders already accepted and obligations that arose before closure. We may restrict or suspend a store, remove a product, pause payouts, or terminate this Agreement where reasonably needed to protect buyers or Fynix, investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity, address a serious or repeated breach, or comply with law. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond.

Independent businesses

You operate your own business and are not an employee of Fynix. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or general agency relationship. Your authority to deliver products on Fynix’s behalf is limited to the fulfilment of accepted orders and does not allow you to bind Fynix to other obligations.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when this Agreement was made.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
