About this licence
This Standard End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) applies to the Fynix website, applications, software, APIs, and related platform features that Fynix makes available to you. It supplements the Fynix Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about using the platform software, this EULA applies to that subject; the Terms of Service continue to apply to accounts, purchases, and other platform use.
Licence grant
While you comply with this EULA and the Terms of Service, Fynix grants you a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose. Store owners may use the platform to manage their stores and orders. Buyers may use it to browse stores, make purchases, and manage related account activity.
Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the platform software except where applicable law permits. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law. You must not rent, resell, sublicense, distribute, or make the platform available to another person outside its intended use.
You must not bypass security or access controls, interfere with the platform, use it to develop or operate a competing service through unauthorised access, or remove legal notices. Nothing in this EULA restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Ownership
Fynix and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, design, and branding except for the limited licence expressly granted here. This EULA does not transfer ownership of the platform to you. Your rights in products supplied by Fynix or store owners are governed by the relevant product terms and applicable law, not by this platform software licence.
Updates and availability
We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue platform features to maintain, secure, or improve Fynix, or to meet legal requirements. We do not promise that every feature will remain available or operate without interruption. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain unaffected.
Third party components
The platform may include or connect to third party services or open source components. Those components may be subject to separate terms or notices. This EULA does not replace terms that apply directly between you and an independent third party.
Term and termination
This licence begins when you access or use the platform and continues until it ends. It ends automatically if you materially breach this EULA or the Terms of Service and do not remedy the breach where a remedy period is required. When the licence ends, you must stop using the affected platform software. Ending the licence does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Warranty and liability
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits consumer rights, guarantees, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to those rights, the platform is provided for its stated purpose and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
Governing law and contact
