Respecting intellectual property
Fynix respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Store owners are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed for products, images, text, software, and other material they submit to Fynix.
Submit a copyright notice
If you believe material available through Fynix infringes copyright that you own or are authorised to represent, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright Notice”. Include enough information for us to identify the material and assess your report:
- Your name and contact details, and the name of the rights holder if you are acting for someone else.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact Fynix page, store, listing, or other location of the material, such as its URL or order reference.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its representative, or law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your signature, typed name, or other indication that you are submitting the notice in good faith.
How we review notices
We may request further information, temporarily restrict access to reported material while we investigate, or remove material where appropriate. Where practicable, we will notify the user who supplied the material and give them an opportunity to respond. We may restore material if a report is withdrawn, resolved, or found insufficient, subject to applicable law.
Respond to a notice
If your material has been restricted and you believe this was a mistake or that you have permission to use it, reply to the notice or contact [email protected]. Identify the material, explain the basis for your response, and provide information that supports your position. We may share your response with the reporting party where reasonably necessary to resolve the report.
Repeat infringement and misuse
We may remove infringing material, restrict listings, or suspend or close accounts that repeatedly infringe rights. Knowingly submitting materially false or misleading notices or responses may have legal consequences and may result in restrictions on use of Fynix.
