Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using Fynix. All users — Sellers and Buyers — must comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Products

Sellers may not sell:

• Real-world currency, gift cards, or financial instruments
• Products that violate intellectual property rights
• Hacks, cheats, exploits, or tools for unfair advantage
• Products promoting hate, harassment, or violence
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Stolen, leaked, or pirated digital goods
• Products violating any applicable law

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or limits
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or sales numbers
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent disputes
• Harassing other users, store owners, or Fynix staff
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Impersonating Fynix staff or other users

4. Store Content

All store content (names, descriptions, images) must be appropriate and not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal material.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Store removal or denial
• Permanent account ban
• Withholding of outstanding balances
• Reporting to law enforcement if applicable
